- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You may not share your account or let others access it on your behalf.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the input you provide and the content generated for you. However, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not be unique — similar outputs could be produced for other users.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing.
- Vibblr does not guarantee that generated content is free from errors or suitable for any specific purpose.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vibblr to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory
- Spam, harass, or mislead others
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
- Exceed fair usage limits or abuse the free tier
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Vibblr Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the price shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Plan option. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vibblr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation resulting from generated content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app.
